APARTMENT RENT
means that you have the entire unit to yourself, and you see the landlord of
the property when you check-in and when you check-out.
B&B
RENT operates as a mini-hotel. It means that you have just room(s) for
yourself and that the landlord lives in the same property at the same time,
providing security, cleaning, breakfasts (included) and other meals upon
request, and also is a valuable source of all sorts of useful information.
Kitchen, bathroom and all other facilities are shared between landlord and the
guests.
ACCOMMODATION
PRICE includes all domestic bills (hot &
cold water, electricity, waste removal, local (Moscow) telephone calls), use
of all home appliances, bedding, kitchen and bath towels,
tax.
ACCOMMODATION
PRICE does not include visa support,
registration fee, transfers, international and national telephone calls except
of Moscow local calls. Prices for the first three can be viewed here.

apartment or per night per person/couple for B&B
options.
ACCOMMODATION
PRICE depends upon amount of people renting
an apartment. Varieties of the prices are available upon request.
DEPOSIT
will be required to secure the
booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your trip and send your
cancellation notification later than 1 month before the agreed arrival day.
For deposit payments we use www.paypal.com or direct bank
transfer. Deposit sum is different for different apartments and for different
periods of rent. Usually it is around 1 or 2 nights rent price of the chosen
apartment.
BOOKING to be done by e-mail
and confirmation of booking to be sent to the guest by e-mail also, unless fax
confirmation is required. According to the TOurist Law of Russia, this
confirmation will not be sufficient to apply for the Tourist Visa at the
Russian Embassy. FOr more information on Russian Visas, please see our Visa

PAYMENT
of the balance to be
done on the day of arrival for the whole period of rent in cash directly to
the landlord. Sorry, we are unable to accept credit card payment for the
balance payment.
ARRIVAL &
DEPARTURE. Arrival time is flexible and agreed individually with each new
guest to suit the needs both of the guest and the landlord.
EARLY
UNEXPECTED DEPARTURE 4 or less days earlier
than the paid date can unfortunately not be refunded. Refund for the unused
nights in other cases depends upon time when the guests annpounced his early
departure.
DAMAGE. The
expenses for any damage to the apartment or part of it occurred during rent
period, are to be paid by the guest (his/her insurance company) to the
landlord of the property.
NOISE.
Please
avoid loud music and any other noise before 8 a.m. and after 9-30 p.m. and pay
respect to your neighbours or hosting family.
BREAKFASTS.
Breakfasts, when included in the price, would traditionally contain:
tea/coffee, milk, sugar, white/dark bread or toasts, butter, marmalade/jam,
cheese, fried eggs; sometimes bacon/sausages/salad/ham. Please advise in
advance if you are vegetarian or have special food requests.
SMOKING.
Most of
the apartments and hosting families held a non-smoking policy, however
balconies are almost always available.
CHILDREN
welcome in all
apartments and hosting families; often special prices can be negotiated,
please contact russianguide@mail.ru for
details.
ANIMALS
welcome in some
apartments and B&B.
SPECIAL NEEDS &
REQUIREMENTS.
Should you have any special needs or requirements such as
wheel-chair access or any other, please let us know in advance. However, a 24
hours emergency telephone number is provided after every confirmed
booking.
re. OTHER
SERVICES stated here: visa support to be pre-paid in full and cannot
be refunded; transfers to be pre-paid in full and can not be refunded unless
cancelled at least 24 hours before arrival. All other services do not require
deposit.
